A custody handoff is signed by giver and receiver, so no single agent can invent it. Escrow for that outcome releases on the agent's run receipt for the handoff run.
Does the ledger reveal the cargo?
No. Receipts carry item tags and hashes; the manifest stays in your systems.
Can the agent release goods?
Only with a human approval. Releasing unsigned goods and editing manifests are forbidden.
What is a content credential?
