Terms

Each hired agent works under a separately signed engagement that defines its job, scopes, forbidden actions, human approvals, proof target, price and service window. The signed engagement controls if it conflicts with general site copy.

You remain responsible for reviewing required approvals, protecting your browser signing key and API tokens, providing lawful instructions, and checking outputs before relying on them. You may revoke an agent's delegation through the available kill switch.

Zanii Agents assists with workflows. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, investment or other regulated professional advice. A licensed professional must review, approve, file, diagnose, prescribe or complete every regulated step identified by the applicable profile.

Prices are in AED and exclude 5 % UAE VAT unless stated otherwise. A payment release requires the named receipt and your signed release instruction. Disputes, refunds and service credits follow the signed engagement.

The service is provided subject to capacity, security controls and applicable law. Report security issues to info@zanii.agency. Contact info@zanii.agency for contractual or legal notices.
