Zanii Agents processes account details, organisation details, task content, approvals, payment references, security logs and service usage only to provide, secure and improve the service.

Public receipts contain hashes, identifiers and proof targets. Task text, tool results and client files are not intentionally published to the public ledger. Do not place secrets or unnecessary personal data in a task.

Data is separated by client, encrypted in transit and at rest where the service supports it, and retained according to the engagement's retention policy, legal holds and applicable UAE requirements. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion. Some receipt hashes and audit evidence remain where retention is required to preserve a signed record, while offboarding destroys the client data key after eligible engagements end.
